National Credit Center (NCC) is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of auto dealership sales experience, a hunter mentality, and the ability to communicate value to leadership while managing a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling to auto dealerships (B2B)
• Previous experience working in the auto retail environment
• Hunter mindset: open doors, handle rejection, create urgency, ask for the business
• Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and connect our solution to their priorities
• Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound cold calls, email, social outreach, and disciplined follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners, general managers, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value, including operational efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to create a smooth handoff and strong customer experience.
