Job summary

TD SYNNEX is hiring an Inside Account Associate to drive revenue by managing customer bases from an inside sales perspective. You will handle orders, quotes, and coordination across departments, while prospecting for new business and expanding gross margins.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
• Knowledge of Windows, Office Suite applications, CRM tools.
• End‑to‑end order management & logistics coordination (order entry, hold resolution, shipment tracking).
• Account management & new business development (proactive outreach).
• Multichannel communication across phone, email, IM, fax.
• Sales negotiation, upselling & cross‑selling for gross margin expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own full order management from entry to shipping with tracking updates.
• Proactively contact and develop specified accounts and prospect for new business.
• Respond to quotes, bids, and orders via multiple channels (phone, email, IM, fax).
• Discuss and promote TD SYNNEX value-added services and programs.
• Negotiate TD gross margin through upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with TD SYNNEX departments and vendor field reps as a liaison.
• Gather market, pricing information and provide feedback to relevant parties.
• Represent the customer to TD SYNNEX during vendor trainings and seminars.
