Qualifications

• Active AHIMA CCS or AAPC CIC certification.

• Experience reviewing medical records for accurate coding.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory and coding guidelines.
