• Identify and assign ICD-10-CM/PCS diagnosis and procedure codes for inpatient accounts.
• Apply CPT-4 codes on Observation accounts when applicable.
• Submit abstracted information to billing system for claim submission.
• Maintain coding accuracy to support A/R goals and denials management.
• Collaborate with Management, CDI and HIM for documentation reviews.
