Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a System Coding Manager in the United States to lead the coding operations within the revenue cycle. You will oversee the coding staff, ensure accuracy for facility coding, and align activities with hospital and provider quality metrics.

The role requires HIM expertise, RHIT/RHIA certification and strong leadership. You will partner with the HIM and CDI teams to implement policies, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team oversight experience across complex health IT projects.
• Strong understanding of the revenue cycle, ICD/CPT coding and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvement and manage multi-workstream initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coding operations and ensure timely, accurate coding for billing and quality metrics.
• Lead and develop coding staff, align with enterprise revenue cycle goals and budgeting.
• Collaborate with HIM leadership to implement coding policies and drive continuous improvement.
