Job summary

Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) seeks an Information Systems Support Specialist to analyze and support agency information systems, ensuring they effectively meet user needs and support operations.

You will gather requirements, coordinate enhancements, manage change requests, and perform UAT to ensure system changes work as intended and meet business needs. Telework is available per policy.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in information systems analysis and design.
• Six months experience in information systems needs and requirements analysis.
• Six months experience in technical report writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support agency information systems to meet user needs and operations.
• Coordinate system enhancements and manage change requests from design through implementation.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure changes meet business requirements.
• Assist with testing, training, and documentation for new capabilities.
