As an Information Systems Support Specialist, you will analyze and support an agency’s information systems to ensure they effectively meet user needs and support agency operations. This role works closely with users and technical teams to gather requirements, develop and coordinate system enhancements, and manage change requests from design through implementation. Responsibilities also include project management, coordinating system maintenance and improvements, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system changes function as intended and meet business requirements.
