Job summary

Arbor Research LLC. seeks an Information Services Analyst to combine business analysis with QA expertise in an Agile setting. The role covers requirements elicitation, workflow modeling, documentation, and manual/ automated testing including accessibility checks across studies.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with data analysts and researchers, produce end-user documentation, and help define dashboards and reporting requirements while leveraging organizational AI guidance as appropriate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of progressive software QA/requirements experience
Experience with Agile software development processes and participation in meetings and reviews
Experience using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) for prioritization and resolution
Ability to elicit complex requirements from customers such as scientists and monitors
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience documenting results of systematic, structured tests and processes
Excellent customer service and audience-appropriate communication

Responsibilities

Analyze business issues, define requirements, and document system workflows
Develop test plans and cases, including automated validation for CI/CD
Perform manual, regression, functional, and accessibility testing (Section 508)
Collaborate with project teams to triage issues and ensure quality across releases
Create user guides, process flows, and training materials
