Job summary

Arbor Research LLC is seeking an Information Services Analyst to blend business analysis with quality assurance in an Agile environment. The role focuses on eliciting requirements, modeling workflows, documenting specifications, and ensuring accessibility and testing coverage across projects.

The candidate will design test plans, execute manual and automated tests, and support dashboard reporting while collaborating with data analysts and end users to improve data collection and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least two years of progressive experience in requirements specification and quality assurance for software projects.
• Knowledge of Agile software development process and active participation in meetings and reviews.
• Experience using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) for prioritization and resolution of issues.
• Ability to elicit complex requirements from customers (e.g., study scientists and clinical monitors).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues, define requirements, and recommend automated systems and protocols.
• Define objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements.
• Work with end users to analyze, model, and document systems requirements.
• Create swim-lane workflows and validate wireframes against requirements.
• Develop change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Create end-user documentation and training materials.
