Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Manager for Infor WFM / Clinical Scheduling to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovative application solutions that meet performance goals. You will oversee project plans, ensure milestones are met, and develop knowledge of systems and processes across healthcare IT.

Experience with Infor WFM Time & Attendance and Scheduling is preferred; healthcare IT expertise is essential to collaborate with clinical operations and IS teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (Required) OR 7+ years relevant IT experience; 5 years in healthcare IT.
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred) OR 5+ years relevant IT experience; 3 years in healthcare IT OR 2+ years relevant IT experience; 3 years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manages project teams through the project lifecycle to keep tasks on track.
• Defines analytical and technical requirements for application enhancements and configurations.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the assigned application team, including mentoring and communication of requirements.
• Coordinates development of new functionality, testing, vendor releases and system upgrades; fixes defects.
• Develops change management procedures and creates/maintains policies and procedures for all applications.
