Job summary

Penn Medicine in Philadelphia is seeking an IT Manager for Infor WFM / Clinical Scheduling. The role leads cross-functional teams and oversees the development and delivery of innovative scheduling solutions within a leading academic medical center.

You will mentor staff, define system requirements, and coordinate vendor releases while ensuring security and data integrity across clinical operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years in healthcare IT.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manages project teams through the project management life cycle to keep tasks on track.
• Defines analytical and technical requirements, objectives and solution sets for app enhancements.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the assigned application team, mentoring staff and coordinating communications.
• Coordinates development of new functionality, testing, vendor releases and system upgrades.
• Develops change management procedures and maintains all policies for assigned applications.
• Defines system requirements and creates data models for build, configuration, and data integrity.
• Communicates changes to internal departments and documents configurations and enhancements.
