Job summary

Korn Ferry Group partners with a healthcare client to recruit an Infor WFM Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) who will configure, maintain, and optimize Infor WFM in a hospital setting. The role requires 5–7+ years of WFM experience and a Bachelor's degree, with remote work possible.

The analyst will analyze end-to-end WFM issues, coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams, and manage end-to-end enhancements and integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in WFM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Infor WFM across timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, labor rules, accruals, security/configuration, and related workforce processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot WFM issues end-to-end, coordinating resolutions with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams.
• Support the full lifecycle of WFM enhancements and integrations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
