Job summary

Intellias, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infor WFM Consultant to lead the design, configuration and implementation of Infor Workforce Management, including time and attendance, scheduling and labor optimization.

You will gather business requirements, map processes, prepare functional specs and configure the system, then conduct testing, UAT, go-live support, training and documentation. The role involves mentoring junior staff and collaborating with client leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Infor WFM experience, including core modules like time & attendance, scheduling and labor planning.
• Proficiency in business and systems analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience with implementation lifecycle activities: design, configuration, testing, data validation, cutover, training and post-go-live support.
• Understanding of workforce management, HR, payroll and labor compliance concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles with stakeholder management.
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or HR, or equivalent.
• Infor ERP experience or related certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multi-project management.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, TX, with travel to client locations.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site or remote Senior Infor WFM Consultant role. The Senior Infor WFM Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Infor Workforce Management solutions, including time and attendance, forecasting, scheduling, and labor optimization modules. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, preparing functional specifications, and configuring the system to meet client needs. The role involves conducting system testing, coordinating user acceptance testing, and supporting go-live activities, including training end users and preparing documentation. The consultant will also provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, recommend best practices, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and client leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Infor Workforce Management experience, including configuration of core WFM modules such as time and attendance, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Proficiency in business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating operational needs into functional and technical designs.
• Experience with implementation lifecycle activities: solution design, configuration, testing, data validation, cutover, training, and post-go-live support.
• Solid understanding of workforce management, HR, payroll, and labor compliance concepts, with the ability to advise on process improvements and best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and functional concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Demonstrated experience working in client-facing consulting roles, including stakeholder management, expectation setting, and issue resolution.
• Bathe'ls degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience with Infor ERP or related Infor ecosystem products is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, TX, and travel to client locations as needed.
