Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven years related experience.
• Five years management experience.
• Current RN license in state of employment or multi-state license via compact.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for staffing systems within the Department of Nursing.
• Manage daily operations of clinical staffing with focus on long-term savings through optimized utilization and deployment of staff.
• Coordinate staff services across the organization to improve responsiveness to patient needs.
• Oversee centralized staff scheduling/deployment system using a software platform, including invasive cardiology scope.
