Devoted Health in the United States is seeking a Manager for Workforce Management to lead scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time operations in a fast-moving health-tech environment. You’ll own staff supply and build scalable processes that support patient care and employee well-being.

You will oversee intraday performance, maintain accurate schedules, and collaborate with Operations, Finance and Product to optimize tools and SOPs.

Qualificações

• Operational Experience: 3+ years in workforce management, operations, or a related analytical role.

• Execution & Ownership: end-to-end ownership and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own scheduling and capacity for teams; align staff supply to demand.
• Oversee daily capacity health; respond quickly to deviations.
• Drive real-time operations; monitor SLA, AHT, and coverage.
• Maintain accurate schedules, time-off, and PTO approvals.
• Lead capacity planning; advise on hiring and budgets.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks; improve tools and workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, Training, and clinical leads.
• Serve as the go-to leader for workforce management questions.
