Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least two years of progressive experience in requirements specification and QA for software projects.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Ability to elicit complex requirements from customers and document results of tests.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools and WCAG criteria.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and document workflows for software projects.
• Model processes, develop user guides, and support training materials.
• Plan and execute manual and automated tests across components.
• Create and validate test plans and cases for CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform Section 508 accessibility testing and verify with screen readers.
• Coordinate triage and resolution of defects with project teams.
