ABB is seeking an Industrial Growth Leader to accelerate growth in a designated territory, leading national business development for the behind-the-meter power generation segment. This remote role prefers candidates near Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Kansas City, MO, with up to 50% travel and strong technical-commercial judgment to drive ABB's
Qualifications
- 10+ years of strategic account management or business development in industrial, EPC, energy, manufacturing, or related markets.
- Experience selling to Independent Power Producers, Power generation developers, or power generation OEMs.
- Strong understanding of electrification, sustainability, digitalization, and industrial infra trends.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate across complex customer organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies focusing on Industrial End Users, EPC firms, developers, and market influencers.
- Build and expand strategic customer relationships with consultative, value-based solutions and account growth plans.
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams and coordinate resources to maximize customer value and win rates on strategic opportunities.
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and executive engagement with clear visibility into strategies and territory growth.
