ABB is seeking an Industrial Growth Leader to accelerate growth across the US territory and lead national business development in the behind-the-meter power generation segment. You will mobilize sales, engineering, product, service and project teams to convert opportunities and drive ABB’s growth.

Successful candidates bring 10+ years of strategic account management or business development, a engineering degree, and strong executive engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic account management or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Experience selling to power generation developers, EPCs, or OEMs.
• Strong understanding of electrification, sustainability, and industrial trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies for Industrial End Users, EPCs, and developers.
• Build and expand strategic customer relationships with consultative, value-based solutions.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across sales, engineering, service and project delivery.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and executive engagement activities.
