Job summary

ABB is seeking an Industrial Growth Leader to accelerate growth in a defined territory and lead national business development for the behind-the-meter power generation segment.

You will coordinate sales, engineering, product, service, and project teams to improve opportunity conversion and win rates on strategic opportunities across Industrial End Users and EPC accounts. The role is remote, with preferred proximity to Dallas, Atlanta, or Kansas City, and may involve up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; degreed or equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of strategic account management or business development in related markets.
• Experience selling to power generation developers, IPPs or OEMs is a plus.
• Strong executive relationship building and long-cycle project sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth strategies across Industrial End Users and EPCs.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to improve win rates on strategic opportunities.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and executive engagement activities.
• Translate customer objectives into actionable growth initiatives for ABB.
