Zusammenfassung

Sensata Technologies is seeking a Business Developer to expand our industrial sensing, control, and safety solutions across the EU. You will partner with OEMs, Tier suppliers and system integrators, driving growth from a home office in Germany while coordinating with our European team.

In this role you will develop growth plans, target lists, and execute strategies to win new projects, expand existing accounts, and deliver value to customers in a fast-paced environment across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• University degree required (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.

Aufgaben

• Lead the direct sales process and achieving sales targets.
• Develop new customers in emerging markets and build growth plans.
• Coordinate with marketing and engineering colleagues within the total supply chain to win new business.
• Build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers and seek to \"design in\" Sensata’s technology to customer future products.
• Provide high-quality customer service and manage contracts and negotiations.
