Job summary

Atomix Automation & Robotics is seeking a senior sales leader to drive regional growth in Western Europe, focusing on building and managing the system integrator and distribution network across Benelux, France, UK & Ireland, Iberia and Italy.

The role emphasizes running the Belgium Demo & Experience Centre as the core sales engine, structuring joint business plans, and co-selling with partners to convert opportunities into orders.

Qualifications

• Experience selling through system integrators or via manufacturer-systems integrator channels.
• Proven ability to build a market presence in a new region or with a new product line.
• Strong discovery and business-case skills for pallet storage and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and sign system integrators and distribution partners across Benelux, France, UK & Ireland, Iberia and Italy.
• Lead Belgium Demo & Experience Centre as the sales funnel hub with structured demos.
• Create and co-sell opportunities with partners from initial contact to signed orders, including end-user opportunities where faster.
