Sensata Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager for Central Europe, located in Germany (Remote). You will drive growth by targeting new customers and building strategic partnerships across Europe, working with OEMs, system integrators, and marketing/engineering teams.

You will report to the European Sales Leader and coordinate with our global teams. A strong background in power conversion, electrification, or sensing is preferred; a home-office setup in Germany is required.

Qualifikationen

• A university degree required (Bachelor-equivalent) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written and presentation; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
