Job summary

Angst Pfister Sensors and Power seeks a Sales Application Engineer to expand existing customer relationships and develop new partnerships in the sensor market. This remote US-based role requires alignment with Eastern Time business hours and offers growth within a global industrial team.

You will drive new business, support key accounts, and launch sensor products across industrial, medical, and transportation segments while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or physics.
• At least 3 years of relevant sensor-industry experience.
• Expertise selling pressure or flow sensors or sensor components.
• Independent, technically focused, success-oriented work style.
• Experience with sales tracking software.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to overcome commercial and technical objections.
• Ability to solve problems amid multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business with new customers in your designated territory.
• Manage key accounts with our large existing customers.
• Win new customers for our sensor product portfolio in multiple markets.
• Launch new products in coordination with product management and development teams.
• Maintain direct customer contact and relationship management.
• Provide technical support and understand sensor applications and requirements.
