Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Account Executive to sit remotely in Florida. You will partner with Siemens distributors and outside sales reps to drive growth across targeted accounts, identify opportunities, and co-sell into small to mid-sized opportunities under $500K.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, pipeline development, forecasting, and customer conversations around automation and system integration, with a focus on net-new growth and expansion within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling industrial automation or highly technical products.
• Experience selling within manufacturing / industrial environments.
• Proven success working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models.
• Experience partnering with outside sales reps and co-selling into accounts.
• Ability to drive net-new growth + expansion within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Co-sell into accounts and develop pipeline with distributors and OSRs.
• Forecast and drive customer conversations around automation, efficiency, and system integration.
• Identify opportunities and align with reps to scale growth across the territory.
• Position solutions within small to mid-sized opportunities (typically under $500K).
