Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Area Account Manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. This remote role requires residence in the territory with preferred states and up to 50% travel.

You will drive service sales growth, attach services to product offers, and manage the sales pipeline across PM agreements and equipment upgrades. Responsibilities include field visits, RFQ preparation, and collaboration with Russelectric teams to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Marketing or Business required.
• 5+ years of outside sales or equivalent client facing experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience in power/electrical products or services.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% within region.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer development strategies to grow service sales and market penetration.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual territory forecasts.
• Conduct frequent in-person sales calls and manage existing accounts.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and RFQs for maintenance, modifications and upgrades.
• Travel throughout the territory to support customer engagement and sales activity.
• Collaborate with Russelectric Product Sales Reps and local Russelectric Reps to maximize opportunities.
