Siemens is seeking a Distribution Sell With Executive for Digital Industries Automation in Florida. This remote role supports the indirect sales channel, coaching distributors, and driving account strategy to grow revenue across our portfolio.

You will identify opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and align customer needs with Siemens solutions, traveling as needed to engage customers and partners while building strategic account plans.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct sales/business development experience with a proven sales track record.
• 8+ years of experience selling high-tech products such as OT to IoT in an automation environment.
• Strong ability to coach and transfer sales knowledge to partners.
• Experience building a qualified pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and guiding extended teams to close deals.
• Strategic thinking to identify and address customer pain points and needs.
• Knowledge of Channel Sales and the indirect reseller model.
• Experience selling to C-level executives in the SMB market.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and partners.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

• Providing sales and negotiation tactics to win business.
• Develop strategic account plans and sales pipelines to meet and exceed quotas.
