Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking an Oil Free Air Sales Manager to prospect and maintain customers in the Dallas, TX territory. The role focuses on growing market share for oil-injected and oil-free compressors, nitrogen generation, and related equipment.

Responsibilities include selling new and refurbished equipment, meeting quotas, preparing quotes, and coordinating with aftermarket support. The position is remote with travel and offers a competitive compensation package including base

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct sales or customer service, industrial equipment sales preferred.
• Must be self-directed and able to log all sales visits and opportunities in the CRM.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Overnight travel to attend meetings and training as required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers to grow Atlas Copco's market share.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms; present to customers.
• Coordinate customer service and follow up to resolve concerns.
• Attend exhibits, conferences, and meetings; deliver sales materials and promotions.
