Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks an Industrial Account Manager for the Northern Florida region (Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville). You will operate remote/field-based, grow a sales territory, and support distributors and end users with product demonstrations and value-based analyses.

You will manage sales, forecasts, and territory administration while traveling as needed. Strong communication, CRM use, and product knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in industrial sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with tools and willingness to hands-on learn.
• Willing to train and demonstrate products to customers.
• Must live in the designated territory.
• Ability to travel overnight within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and develop a sales territory with distributors and end users.
• Demonstrate value of DeWalt, Stanley, Lenox, Proto, Irwin across brands.
• Support customers with sales analysis, inventory and promotions.
• Handle admin tasks, forecasts, and territory reporting.
• Communicate product updates to distributors and customers.
• Travel overnight within the territory as required.
