Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Industrial Account Manager to support the Northern Florida market from a remote location. You will manage a diverse distribution network across Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville, promoting DeWalt, Stanley, Lenox, Proto, and Irwin products.

You will analyze customer needs, present cost-saving solutions, and drive sales with strong CRM and product demonstrations. Overnight travel within the territory is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Associate degree is required or preferred.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in industrial sales is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Salesforce.com or another CRM is preferred.
• Demonstrated time management skills and ability to set priorities are required.
• Experience working with tools and willingness to learn through hands-on training and application.
• Willing to provide hands-on training and product demonstrations to customers.
• Must be able to develop and present programs to both customers and the sales organization.
• Must live in the designated territory.

Aufgaben

• Manage, grow, and develop a sales territory with a matrix of distribution customers for DeWalt, Stanley, Lenox, Proto, Irwin brands.
• Demonstrate the value of the product portfolio by identifying opportunities, running trials, and providing cost savings analysis reports.
• Support customers with ongoing sales service in sales analysis, inventory control, promotions.
• Handle administrative tasks and timely reporting for territory management, including travel expenses, paperwork, forecasts, and upside opportunities.
• Establish value-based communication with distributors and end users to promote DeWalt and other SBD brands.
• This position involves overnight travel within territory.
