Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring an Industrial Account Manager for a remote Western Michigan/Northeast Indiana territory.

You will manage a distribution network, demonstrate value across the DeWalt, Stanley, Lenox, Proto, Irwin brands, and deliver cost savings analyses to customers. You’ll support sales service, inventory control, and promotions while maintaining territory reporting and expense management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent trade experience in a shop environment.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in industrial sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and develop a sales territory across a distribution network for SB&D brands.
• Demonstrate value of SB&D portfolio and provide cost savings analysis reports.
• Support customers with sales service, inventory control, and promotions.
• Handle territory administration, including travel expenses, forecasts, and opportunity plans.
• Present programs to customers and sales teams, keeping distributors informed.
