Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is offering an opportunity to run your own loan officer business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. You’ll have uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

The role emphasizes building referral networks, maintaining client databases, and closing 3–5 units per month with guidance and compliance from a national lender network.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• Close 3–5 loan units per month or more as applicable.
• Operate as an independent LO with corporate support.
