Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is offering an opportunity to become your own boss as a loan officer. Run your business remotely on a P&L basis with uncapped commissions, supported by Corporate in administration, operations and compliance.

Licensed in 28 states and growing, you can add LO's to your team or operate solo as an independent LO. The successful candidate will leverage referral networks, maintain client databases and close 3–5 units per month while meeting regulatory standards and sales

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to targets.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Close loans with the support of Corporate administration, operations and compliance.
• Grow or add LO's to your team, or operate as an independent LO.
