Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for assessing complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented with a targets mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Run your loan origination business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage!.
• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and Financial Planners.
• Add LO's to the team or operate as an individual LO with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
