Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC offers an opportunity to run your own loan officer business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. You can add team members or operate solo, with uncapped commissions and loan products for all borrower types.

Successful candidates will cultivate referral networks, maintain past-client databases, and close 3–5 units per month while staying compliant with lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Track record closing 3–5 loans per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage's umbrella.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline.
