Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking a results-driven Loan Officer to build a referral-based business from anywhere in the United States. This role offers uncapped commissions and remote operation on a P&L basis, with administrative and compliance support provided by Corporate.

You will cultivate relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, maintain a client database, and close 3–5 units per month while adhering to lending regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to develop referral partner relationships.
• Ability to close 3–5 loan units per month.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Sales-focused with target drive.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
