Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead non-trivial production incidents from detection to mitigation.
• Facilitate incident calls with clear ownership and next steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Document incident timelines and post-incident reports.
• Support RCA efforts and update runbooks.
