Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a major incident management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication across management levels.
• Experience with IT Operations and ITSM.
• Experience triaging incidents using APM tools.
• Familiarity with hybrid/remote collaboration.

• Coordinate and manage Major Incident process activities.
• Produce Major Incident Management KPIs and report SLAs.
• Drive standard execution of Major Incident Management.
• Communicate status and signoff criteria with stakeholders.
• Record timelines and assets for incidents.
• Collaborate with Problem Management on RCA.
• Create and manage Technical Action Plans for major incidents.
• Support Sev1/Sev2 incidents and on-call rotations.
