Job summary

Humana is seeking a Dental Inbound Contacts Representative to remotely support members and providers with benefit questions and issue resolution. You will work with the Inbound Contacts team, reporting to the Inbound Contacts Supervisor, ensuring clear communication and timely problem solving.

Successful candidates will handle high-volume calls, document outcomes, and escalate when needed, contributing to a supportive and trusted member experience within the Humana family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Ability to document customer issues in detail across systems.
• Experience handling inbound calls and resolving queries.
• Experience assessing requests and escalating based on severity.
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
• Comfortable in performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40+ inbound calls daily from members and providers.
• Address benefit questions, service issues, and general inquiries.
• Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances.
• Document all interactions, actions, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex issues following guidelines.
