Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions is seeking inbound customer service representatives for a fully remote position. You will be the first point of contact for individuals relying on essential government-based programs, delivering clear, calm support and solutions.

You will document interactions, troubleshoot basic issues, schedule appointments, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved. A high school diploma and remote work experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Remote customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Fluent reading, speaking, and comprehension of English.
• Completion of credentialing and background checks.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word.
