Job summary

40 hours per week, with shifts Mon-Sat 8am-11pm EST. The role anticipates a HireVue interview process and remote work from home with standard 25x10 Mbps internet requirements.

Qualifications

• Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA, OK, and NC.
• Full-time 40 hours/week; shift Mon-Sat 8am-11pm EST.
• Must provide high-speed internet (25x10 Mbps) for home office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Address incoming inquiries via phone, digital, or written channels.
• Provide education/enrollment support, live chat, inbound and outbound call handling.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to policies and guidelines.
