Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative to handle incoming inquiries via phone, chat, or written messages. The role includes basic administrative and customer support tasks and works on routine, patterned assignments.

Typical duties include education/enrollment oversight, live chat support, inbound/outbound calls, and maintaining high service quality while following established policies. Remote work is allowed with travel to Humana offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA, OK, and NC.
• Must be able to work a full-time shift of 40 hours per week and be available Mon-Sat 8am-11pm EST.
• Need high-speed internet at home (25x10 Mbps) and a home office setup.
