Job summary

Responsibilities include education/enrollment oversight, Live Chat, inbound and outbound call support, with opportunities to contribute to a positive member experience in a remote-capable, full-time setting. Travel to Humana offices may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Must reside in KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, VA, OK, or NC.
• Ability to work a full-time 40-hour weekly shift including Saturdays 8am-11pm EST.
• Reliable high-speed internet with 25x10 speed for home office.
