Job summary

Principle Choice Solutions is seeking a Remote Inbound Call Center Representative to support Veterans and Providers from a home-based setting. This full-time role follows a 9am–9pm Central Time schedule, with comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage and a path for advancement.

You will answer calls, document details, resolve issues, and help customers find solutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Training is provided and equipment is supplied.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship; work sponsorship not available.
• Two forms of valid ID (one REAL ID or U.S. passport).
• Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check.
• Excellent communication and a desire to help others.
• Overtime may be required to resolve the queue at closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist Veterans and Providers with questions.
• Provide excellent service with a positive and understanding approach.
• Document call details in our systems.
• Solve problems and help customers find solutions.
