Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Able to communicate clearly over the phone.
• Comfortable handling objections and rejections.
• Goal-oriented with measurable performance expectations.
• Previous sales, call center, inside sales, or other performance-based experience preferred.
• Be prepared to explain employment gaps.
• Current licenses are not eligible for this unlicensed role.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, averaging ~200 calls per day.
• Create a confident, energetic, professional, and conversational customer experience.
• Qualify customers for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle and overcome objections to move qualified customers forward.
• Follow heavily scripted conversations while keeping them natural.
• Meet or exceed transfer goals and other KPIs.
• Accept coaching and apply feedback.
• Adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
