SelectQuote is seeking confident, competitive, resilient individuals to join our Qualifications Team as a Sales Qualification Associate (SQA). You will engage primarily with inbound prospects, understand their needs, communicate SelectQuote's value proposition, overcome objections, and qualify customers for transfer to a licensed insurance agent.

This unlicensed sales position is high-volume and performance-driven, with coaching and opportunities to advance into additional sales roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and conversationally over the phone.
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, averaging a high volume of conversations.
• Qualify customers for transfer to a licensed insurance agent.
• Explain value proposition and overcome objections to move customers forward.
• Follow scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural.
• Meet transfer goals and other KPIs; accept coaching and apply feedback.
