Job summary

Ignition CX is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) for full-time, fully remote work nationwide in the United States. The role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commissions. You’ll handle about 15–25 inbound calls daily in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Success requires grit, resilience, confidence, and a strong sales drive. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete paid remote onboarding and certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
