TurboDebt is expanding its remote team and seeking driven, coachable professionals who can guide clients through challenging financial moments. You’ll handle inbound opportunities, close on the first call when possible, and grow within a high-performance culture.

Base pay starts at $32,240 annually with uncapped commissions; total first-year compensation ranges from $45,000 to $137,409. This remote role supports flexible shifts across different time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
