TurboDebt is expanding its remote team and seeking driven professionals to guide clients through their debt-resolution journey. You will handle live inbound calls, follow a consultative script, and work toward first-call closes while earning uncapped commissions.

The role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts within EST hours, full-time employment across multiple US states, and opportunities for growth into leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.
• Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
