TurboDebt is expanding its remote team and is seeking driven, coachable professionals who can guide clients through stressful financial moments and help them take meaningful steps toward debt relief. This role offers qualified inbound opportunities (no cold calling) with flexible schedules, 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.
• Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
