Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive communication.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a drive to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and framework to guide conversations.
• Build trust and guide clients through enrollment.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Collaborate with managers for coaching and development.
